Form Auto Fill - advanced fill forms software
Fill forms in Internet Explorer, MSN Explorer and Maxthon (MyIE2)
Automatically fill forms
Form Auto Fill provides an easy way to fill forms in Internet Explorer, MSN Explorer and Maxthon (MyIE2). To optimize the process of form filling you can choose individual "fill form" settings for specific Form ("fill form", "fill & submit form" or "no default action").
Using "Fill only empty fields" option you can configure Form Auto Fill to insert information only in empty web form fields.
How Form Auto Fill works:
- If there is only one Form that matches a web page/url, Form Auto Fill will fill a web form.
- If you have more than one Form that match a web page/url, you will see the list of Forms that match this url. Select the necessary Form and click OK. Form Auto Fill will fill all information, which is saved in the related Form.
- If there are no Forms that match a web page/url, you will see the list of all Forms. Select the necessary Form and click OK. Form Auto Fill will fill all information, which is saved in the related Form.
Fill & submit form in Internet Explorer, MSN Explorer and Maxthon (MyIE2)
"Fill & Submit form" feature allows you fill forms and then automatically submit them. To optimize the process of form filling and submitting you can choose individual settings for specific Forms. You can select the necessary "Fill form" action for each form - "fill form", "fill & submit form" or "no default action".
Using "Fill only empty fields" option you can configure Form Auto Fill to insert information only in empty web form fields.
How Form Auto Fill works:
- If there is only one Form that matches a web page/url, Form Auto Fill will fill a web form and then automatically submit it.
- If you have more than one Form that match a web page/url, you will see the list of Forms that match this url. Select the necessary Form and click OK. Form Auto Fill will fill all information, which is saved in the related Form and then automatically submit it.
- If there are no Forms that match a web page/url, you will see the list of all Forms. Select the necessary Form and click OK. Form Auto Fill will fill all information, which is saved in the related Form and then automatically submit it.
Using Delay between form filling and submitting feature, you can set the delay between web form filling and submitting web form information.

Form Auto Fill provides an easy way to save web forms of any complexity. If you save an empty web form, Form Auto Fill will create a form with the necessary fields for storing web form information and automatically fill form web page's Title and Url. If you save a web form filled with the necessary information, Form Auto Fill will create a form with the necessary fields for storing form information and automatically fill all form's fields.
If a web form has "select" type field(s) you can configure Form Auto Fill to save the full list of information stored in the "select" type field(s) (turn "Get full list of drop down fields" option on) or save only the selected fields' values (turn "Get full list of drop down fields" option off).
Forms encryption
Using Forms Encryption feature you can protect your Forms database using AES 256-bit key encryption. If "Forms Encryption" option is on, your Forms database is locked every time you exit the program and you have to unlock (mount) Forms databse when you run the program.

Form Auto Fill Settings

"Fill only empty fields" option
If "Fill only empty fields" option is on, Form Auto Fill will insert the corresponding information only in empty web form fields. If this option is off, Form Auto Fill fills both empty and non-empty fields.
Form fields linking
While filling forms you can select "Form fields linking" rules: "by field name and field type" or "by field order number and field type" that greatly increases number of forms that can be filled using Form Auto Fill.
In most forms each field has its own permanent name. To fill this type of forms, you should select "Form fields linking" rule "by field name and field type". However, there are forms where fields' names are not unique or not permanent (e.g. fields' names are randomly generated every time you visit form's web page). To fill this type of form, you should select "Form fields linking" rule - "by field order number and field type".
