Form Auto Fill Portable

Form Auto Fill Portable supports Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2008, 2003, 2000, ME, 98
You should install the program only once - on your removable drive

1. Download Form Auto Fill Portable using the following link

2. Start the download. A popup dialog window will ask 'Do you want to Run or Save this file?'

3. Click the Save button. You should remember where you saved the program.

4. Run installfafp.exe.

5. Select the drive where Form Auto Fill Portable will be installed and click Next.

If you want to change the default location of Form Auto Fill Portable on a removable drive, you can do it later. You just need to move the FormAutoFillPortable folder with all files to the necessary location.

First Run

1. Plugin your removable drive with Form Auto Fill Portable.

2. Open 'Computer' (for Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2008) or 'My Computer' (Windows XP, 2003, 2000, ME, 98) and locate the FormAutoFillPortable folder on your removable drive, open it and double-click on fafp.exe.

Run Form Auto Fill Portable

After the first run, you can simplify program running:

1. If you select the 'Auto Run' option in the program Settings and your computer system allows the AutoRun option, next time you plugin your removable drive with Form Auto Fill Portable, the program will start automatically.

2. If you select the 'Auto Run' option in the program Settings but your computer system doesn't allow the AutoRun option, you should:

Right-click on the drive where Form Auto Fill Portable is installed and select 'Launch Form Auto Fill Portable' from the right-click menu.

If it doesn't work for your system, you should locate the FormAutoFillPortable folder on your removable drive, open it and double-click on fafp.exe.

Start using Form Auto Fill Portable

After you run Form Auto Fill Portable, the program main window will appear on your desktop.

The Form Auto Fill Portable tray icon appears in the tray menu.

Usually you can find tray icons in the right bottom corner near the clock.
If you can't find the Form Auto Fill Portable tray icon and you run Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP, click the 'Show/hide icon' button in the tray menu.

Exit Form Auto Fill Portable

1. Exit the program - click 'Exit' in the program toolbar or right-click the Form Auto Fill Portable tray icon and select 'Exit'

Safely unplug the removable drive with Form Auto Fill Portable

1. Exit Form Auto Fill Portable.
2. Right-click on the 'Safely remove hardware' tray icon and select 'Safely remove hardware'
3. Select your removable drive and click 'Stop'

Tips:
To safely unplug your drive, in some situations it is necessary to close all Explorer windows

What do I do to fill a form (fill online form) using Form Auto Fill?

To fill a web form:
• Open a web page with the web form you want to fill.
• To fill a web form, press Alt + F (hotkeys to fill form, you can define your own combination).
Using "Fill only empty fields" option you can configure Form Auto Fill to insert information only in empty web form fields.
- If there is only one Form that matches a web page/url, FormAutoFill will fill a web form.
- If you have more than one Form that match a web page/url, you will see the list of Forms that match this url. Select the necessary Form and click OK. Form Auto Fill will fill all information, which is saved in the related Form.
- If there are no Forms that match a web page/url, you will see the list of all Forms. Select the necessary Form and click OK. Form Auto Fill will fill all information, which is saved in the related Form.
