Form Auto Fill Settings

Start with Windows - if you want Form Auto Fill starts with Windows, select Start with Windows option. By default, this option is on.
Fill only empty fields
If "Fill only empty fields" option is on, Form Auto Fill will insert the corresponding information only in empty web form fields. If this option is off, Form Auto Fill fills both empty and non-empty fields.
Default form settings
Get full list of drop down fields
If this option is on, Form Auto Fill will save a full list of information stored in the "select" type field(s). While editing the form information you will be able to select the necessary data from the drop down list.
If this option is off, only the data (value, value's number in the drop down list) that was selected from the drop down list will be saved. While editing the form information you can't change the value - you can only change the number of the selected value.
Use current form for filling and submitting
If this option is on and you press hotkeys for filling or filling & submitting form, Form Auto Fill compares url in currently selected form with url opened in your browser. If url in current Form matches url in your browser, Form Auto Fill automatically fills your web form with current information. Otherwise you'll see Forms list to select necessary form.
Form fields linking
While filling forms you can select "Form fields linking" rules: "by field name and field type" or "by field order number and field type" that greatly increases number of forms that can be filled using Form Auto Fill.
In most forms each field has its own permanent name. To fill this type of forms, you should select "Form fields linking" rule "by field name and field type". However, there are forms where fields' names are not unique or not permanent (e.g. fields' names are randomly generated every time you visit form's web page). To fill this type of form, you should select "Form fields linking" rule - "by field order number and field type".
Fill form action
In Form Auto Fill settings you can select "Fill form actions" for new created forms.
No default action
If "No default action" is selected, Form Auto Fill will perform the action of your hotkeys combination:
if there is at least one Form that matches a web page/url:
- if you press Ctrl + Alt + F, you will see the list of Forms that match this url. Select the necessary Form and Form Auto Fill will fill web form;
- if you press Ctrl + Alt + Z, you will see the list of Forms that match this url. Select the necessary Form and Form Auto Fill will fill & submit web form;
Note: To show the list of all forms just click "Show all forms" button.
if there are no Forms that match a web page/url:
- if you press Ctrl + Alt + F, select the necessary Form from the list of all Forms and Form Auto Fill will fill web form;
- if you press Ctrl + Alt+Z, select the necessary Form from the list of all Forms and Form Auto Fill will fill & submit web form
Fill form
If there is only one Form that matches a web page with the form you want to fill *:
to fill the web form you can use any hotkeys combination (Ctrl + Alt + F or Ctrl + Alt + Z) as the action selected in the Form has higher priority than the action of your hotkeys combination. E.g. if "Fill form" action is selected, it doesn't matter what hotkeys combination you use Ctrl + Alt + Z ("Fill & Submit form" hotkeys combination) or Ctrl + Alt + F ("Fill form" hotkeys combination), Form Auto Fill will perform "Fill form" action.
Fill & Submit form
If there is only one Form that matches a web page with the form you want to fill & submit it *:
to fill & submit the web form you can use any hotkeys combination (Ctrl + Alt + F or Ctrl + Alt + Z) as the action selected in the Form has higher priority than the action of your hotkeys combination. E.g. if "Fill & Submit form" action is selected, it doesn't matter what hotkeys combination you use Ctrl + Alt + Z ("Fill & Submit form" hotkeys combination) or Ctrl + Alt + F ("Fill form" hotkeys combination), Form Auto Fill will perform "Fill & Submit form" action.
* Otherwise:
- If you have more than one Form that match a web page/url, after you press Ctrl + Alt + F or Ctrl + Alt + Z, you will see the list of Forms that match this url. To see the list of all forms just click "Show all forms" button. You should select the necessary Form and Form Auto Fill will perform your hotkeys action.
- if there are no forms that match a web page/url, after you press Ctrl + Alt + F or Ctrl + Alt + Z, you will see the list of all Forms. You should select the necessary Form and Form Auto Fill will perform your hotkeys action.
